Golden Hearts Senior Adult Ministry
We have a very active group of Seniors! The "Golden Hearts" meet two times each month. Fellowship Day is on the 1st Friday of the month at 2:00 p.m. Golden Hearts Day is on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. There is always a planned activity, often involving good food and always including wonderful fellowship! Sometimes we even go out on a mystery trip! Times vary depending on what we're doing. Check the Golden Hearts Schedule below for more information.
But it's not all fun and games! the name "Golden Hearts" implies that we have set a high standard and are giving an example worthy of being remembered, honored and followed. It also implies a history of choosing faith and commitment and of doing the things God has asked us to do.
The focus of the Golden Hearts is to minister to all Senior Adults, show love to one another, share fellowship with one another, and minister to those who have not become a part of our group. We make visits and phone calls, and send notes to reach out to those in our community.
