 | Dr. Rocky Henriques
Pastor Rocky has been Pastor of Utica Baptist Church since September of 2009, having re-entered full-time ministry after serving as a bi-vocational pastor for the previous 13 years. He earned both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and has pastored several churches from one end of Mississippi to the other. He describes his preaching style as teaching/expository, and believes we serve a God who cares about every detail of our lives. Rocky is married to Sharon, and they live in the parsonage with one dog, one parrot, and two outside cats. His favorite Scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 Judy Walker Minister of Music Judy has served Utica Baptist Church as Minister of Music for thirty years! During that time she has seen a lot of changes, and knows what God can do. She and her husband "Coach" have lived on Main St. all that time, and are the parents of two adult children. Her favorite Scripture is Psalm 139. Christopher "Tiny" Hudson Minister of Youth Tiny joined us in July of 2010, and has already left an impact. He and his wife Felicia are both teachers in Clinton, and are the parents of Corban, a beautiful baby boy. Tiny's favorite Scripture is Philippians 1:21 Loretta Baker Church Secretary What would we do without Loretta! Utica is her home, and she has served the Lord at Utica Baptist Church as Church Secretary for the last seven years. She and her husband Darrell are the parents of two adult children, and are very active members of our church. Loretta's favorite Scripture is John 3:16. |
